Medicare Australia's Online Services provide an extra way for you to view, update and request some of your information held by Medicare Australia.
To access these online information services you will need to register and a password will be mailed to your current Medicare address. If you need to update your address or you have lost your Medicare card number, please contact your Medicare branch office or phone 132 011. Find your nearest Medicare office.
Access to these online services is secure and requires authentication to protect the privacy of your information. More information on your privacy.

offers a wide range of up to date and quality assessed information on important health topics such as diabetes, cancer, mental health and asthma. - The Australian Prescription Products Guide is designed to inform consumers about prescription medicines. Consumer Medicines (CMI) provides information about the medicine and how to use it, their side effects, and precautions you should be aware of.
- The MBS website contains the Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS), a listing of the Medicare services subsidised by the Australian Government.
