Medicare Australia's Chief Executive Officer's Statement of Intent outlines how Medicare Australia intends to undertake its operations and what approach it will take in conducting its business in order to meet the Minister's expectations. The Statement of Intent includes Key Performance Indicators, which were developed in consultation with the Secretary of the Department of Human Services.
